-Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, all orders are generally processed and shipped between 3-7 business days. Please review the shipping time on each individual product page since items vary. Processing time is separate from the carrier's delivery time. 

-Free shipping is available on all domestic orders over $50 for standard First Class or Priority shipping only. If your order does not meet the minimum threshold for free shipping, your shipping options and rates will be available and calculated at checkout

-Items can be shipped via USPS-First Class, Priority or Priority Express or UPS- UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select or UPS 2 Day Air. ( Maddi and Joan is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once items have shipped with a carrier. Please contact the carrier for further assistance.)

-We currently offer shipping within the continental US and international shipping to Canada, United Kingdom and Australia/New Zealand at this time. Depending on your country of origin, additional customs fees, duty taxes or other amounts levied by your home country (including VAT) may apply. Please check with your customs office/or postal service if you are concerned about possible tariffs.Maddi and Joan is not responsible for these fees. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
