We do accept returns according to the following guidelines:

Maddi and Joan accepts returns within 15 days of you receiving your item(s) based on your carrier's delivery date.

To initiate a return, you must email info@maddiandjoan.com first within our time frame AND include the order number

Once the return is initiated, we will send a pre paid return label to customers located within the contiguous United States. Return shipping costs are non refundable and the buyer's responsibility.

Items should be in there original condition and not extremely damaged or altered.

Refunds will be for the purchase price of the product only.

Once we receive your return, please allow us 3-5 business days to review the return and complete your refund if accepted. Refunds are issued to the same form of payment used for purchase. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 3 weeks to see the credit in your account, depending on the form of payment. Please contact your payment provider for details on how long your refund will take to post.

Reminder: All pre-orders, sale items, seasonal items, final sale items, gift cards and live plants are final. Returns and refunds are no accepted for these items.
